Researching ff scala

Homework assignment -
we're to research and later present a work based on a certain typeface
Mine is 'ff scala'.
So far I know it's dutch, from the early 90's and was designed for a music centre. So I'm trying to go from here and think of a simple way of presenting it.

Authority, lunacy, romance, dense, silence

The brief was to use 5 a5 sheets of paper and black paper squares to symbolise these terms.

Apparently this guy [Cunningham] thinks of the world as his studio. he also tries to blend into the world and hide behind his work.

Yesterday was a disaster

As I stated my intent was to experiment in the rostrum camera room, but I was told this will not only not be possibles but that it isn't what the brief stated and that I shouldn't be doing it behind my groups back (which I wasn't). So instead of harbouring my guilt I vented my creative frustration with an attempt to be clever.
Uni was handing out council tax certificates at a temporary stand outside the art shop. So next to the sign that they had put up I placed my own's 'food stamps' sign. Unfortunately they were both taken off soon after. Thus attempt to be clever failed.

Animation project for uni

Oh, how every time I am astounded to discover how much Moving Image is not my subject... 

But maybe it isn't that it hasn't got the potential to turn my thoughts into marvellous creations of exploding wit. Perhaps it all comes down to me being a little bit daunted by the thought of all the work involved.

At the moment I am a part of a group of five set the task of creating a 10 second short animation based on a pet peeve, the theme we chose is space invaders or the invasion of a personal space.

After yesterday's group filming I decided to challenge myself to create yet another animation just to try and prove to myself wether or not I have it in me (that is happening today so results to be posted).
