ADJ business card design

Me and Andrew have been busy lately creating a 'corporate image' for his newly established business providing different accounting and business related services.
Today we got the first batch of business cards:
Front
the @ sign on the card as well as the scribble on the back are in Andrew's own handwriting.

Back
They are supposed to send a message of professionalism but not wholly boring as accounting may possibly perceived to be.

    I like them both, but I think its better to be settled for one..what the idea behind the first logo?

    I should have made it more obvious - they are just two sides of the same card. The first image has the proper logo, and there's no idea behind it. If anything it's an '=' sign in a box (so a solution in a box).
    The smiley face is there to make it more interesting.
